Established in 2015, Bike and Soul was built on a dream of both Libby and Joe Hysong. With a passion for the outdoors and the joy of cycling, yoga and the multisport and the hope of keeping Downtown Angola vibrant we struck out on our newest venture. Thanks to our friend and mentor Bob Crankshaw and all of the people at Trek Bicycle Company for helping to make this dream a reality.

I started my journey into yoga in 2007 while training for my first half marathon. I wanted to stretch and increase flexibility but quickly realized it also improved my breathing as I ran. The more I came to my mat to practice, my desire to learn more about it increased. In 2008, I attended 30 hour yoga intensive with Yoga Fit, receiving my first certification to teach.
Over the years, I was transformed from the love of yoga for fitness, into the love for all the other 7 limbs of yoga. In the fall of 2014, I enrolled with Yoga World Reach Seva School to obtain my 200 hour teaching credentials. I dove into a year of learning authentic yoga philosophy and culture, in addition to the different styles that yoga offers. What an amazing and transformational journey!
My intention as a teacher is to open each person’s awareness and show them how yoga can completely transform their perspective about themselves and their body in a loving, nourishing way.
I currently lead several classes at Bike & Soul, and I truly enjoy every class. I’ve met a lot of amazing, beautiful people thru yoga, and I look forward to seeing what the future holds on this journey.
Both Libby and Lyndsay have been trained in Inner Power Yoga. You will enjoy great classes, whether you are looking for an awesome restorative class, a challenging flow class, or looking for a class specifically for runners and cyclists you will find it with these instructors.
